Work Location : Northern NJ
Job Title: Statistician- Global Research & Development , Global Operations and Administration
Duration: 12+ months (extendable) contract on W2
Requirements:
1. PhD or Master's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics or other related field
2. 4+ years (PhD) or 7+ years (MS) of phase I-IV clinical trial experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or related field
3. Excellent technical abilities and skills in statistical methodologies, clinical trial methodologies and regulatory requirements
4. Excellent ability to work on multiple projects with competing priorities
5. Excellent knowledge of statistical programming packages such as SAS, nQuery, and PASS (knowing S-Plus and R language will be a plus)
6. Good communication skills, especially in interpreting and presenting data analysis results
7. Flexible, works well under pressure, with initiative to take on unfamiliar tasks
8. Demonstrated abilities to support project activities, independently drive results, and meet timelines
