Work Location: East Hanover, NJ

Job Title: Regulatory Systems & Strategy Project Specialist

Duration: 8+ months (extendable) contract on W2


Support Regulatory Systems and Strategy team on initiatives related to: 
eCTD implementation support. 
Document management system and RIM support. 
Technical writing expertise. Determine the needs of users and prepare, assess, revise and coordinate review for process documentation (support documents, business practice, user instructions, describing workflows, etc.). 
Liaise with RA Ops and other internal stakeholders (as needed) on matters relating to changing regulatory requirements and business processes that support Regulatory systems. 
Ensures timely communication and knowledge transfer between RA Ops and NBS IT business partners.

Personal responsibility and autonomy 
2-7 years experience (preferably in a Regulatory environment of related industry)


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 2-7 years (preferably in a Regulatory environment) or related industry.
